Our history

Founded in 2015 by our visionary mother and philanthropist, Hajiya Aisha Ahmed JikaGimbiyan Gurin, Sarauniyan Beka, Gakuwan Matan Adamawa.

Skafa Islamic School was born out of her deep love and passion to ensure that quality education is accessible to all, regardless of background.

From humble beginnings, the school has grown into a nurturing academic community offering Nursery, Primary, Secondary, and Adult Education, all within a faith-driven, learner-centered environment.

At Skafa, we believe that true success lies in educating both the mind and the soul. Our curriculum blends academic excellence with Islamic studies, Qur’anic memorization, Arabic language, and moral instruction. We prepare students not only to excel academically but to grow as God-conscious, responsible individuals, equipped to lead in their communities and the world.

Our dedicated educators work closely with families to support the unique learning journey of every child, fostering curiosity, discipline, critical thinking, and a strong Islamic identity.

Today, Skafa Islamic School proudly continues the legacy and vision of its founder—to raise well-rounded learners who thrive in both Dunya and Akhirah, guided by knowledge, faith, and purpose.
